International Work
Supporting rural farming communities facing unprecedented challenges from climate change and volatile global markets.
Supporting Rural Communities Worldwide
Producer communities in lower and middle income countries face unparalleled challenges from the impacts of climate change and volatile global commodity markets. These challenges disproportionately affect poorer rural communities who make their livelihoods from growing the crops that we rely on in the UK, such as coffee, tea, cocoa, and rice.
Through our global awareness initiatives, we want to help people understand these challenges and make choices that support sustainable farming practices. We also plan to develop educational programmes to support farmers to adapt to the new challenges created by the impact of climate-change. Our mission is to ensure their stories are heard and their communities are supported.

Key Challenges Facing Communities
Climate Change
Rising temperatures, changing rainfall patterns, and extreme weather events are disrupting traditional farming cycles and reducing crop yields.
Market Volatility
Unpredictable commodity prices create financial uncertainty for farming families, making it difficult to plan and invest in sustainable practices.
Rural Poverty
Limited access to resources, education, and technology perpetuates cycles of poverty in rural farming communities worldwide.
